::This hotel is located about 5 mins walk from the Sapporo station. I’ve checked in to a single room and it’s clean and modern. The bathroom is a bit tiny, especially the toilet bowl area is rather cramped. Other than that, the room and service by the staff were exceptional. And they provide pajamas for you to sleep in so that’s a plus. If you stay here, be sure to check out the botanical garden and Hokkaido university nearby. The latter has a few nice cafes and a beautiful park. Apparently, the hotel also serves decent breakfast buffet but I didn’t try it.

::The hotel is a big building, grand looking, Check in staff also very professional, good smile, efficient. After I settled down in the room, I wanted to go gym and swimming pool, I noticed there is a fee 3,300 yen per use. This is the first disappointed unreasonable charges. I went down to the lobby, wanted to have a drink. I go into the only lounge in the lobby, the second disappointment came, the lounge staff told me the lounge only open to higher level customers, not for normally room guest like me. I am totally unsatisfied with what I paid and what I got. Other unsatisfactory issue like room size very small, bed park toward the wall, don’t have wardrobe, bathroom very small, small tv 32”, parking fee 2000 yen. Anywhere the breakfast was good. You can choose a better hotel nearby.

::The room was neat and clean. The bathroom was like a typical business hotel setup even though superior room. The services and breakfast buffet were stunning in terms of quality, quantity of the food, and dining space. We stayed there for the last day anniversary of Sapporo citizens but worth staying.

::Great hotel at a fantastic location. We stayed for 3 nights in early March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious (not just for Japan hotel room standards) and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good, and our room came with club lounge access that had free flow alcohol. The hotel is about 3-5 mins walk away from entering the underground walkway, which is a massive network connecting train stations, shopping malls and office buildings. It’s great to hide from Sapporo’s winter. Getting to the hotel from the airport is easy, it’s about 40 mins via the Rapid Airport Service, which you can easily pay for with your Suica card added to an Apple wallet/watch. Will definitely consider staying here the next time I’m in Sapporo.

::The hotel is a 10mins walk from Sapporo station. The concierge helps you carry your luggage at the lobby. There is no self check in machine so you have to queue. Level 1 lift smells like cigarettes because of the nearby smoking room. The hotel does not come with microwave or laundry room so whatever convenient store food you bought cannot be heated and enjoy in ur room. The room is clean and big with a nice snow view of the city and trains. Sound proof is bad as you can hear people walking and talking in the corridor at midnight. You can take the direct bus to airport at the hotel lobby for 1300 yen.
