::The hotel is a bit old, but very quiet, and everyone is so friendly here. We didn't want to have housekeeping everyday for our 7 days staying here, they brought towels in bags multiple times so that 4 of us were not short of towels. Breakfast also was fantastic with a wide range of selections. Fresh ingredients, and their creme brulee and ice cream were so good! There is nothing really to not like about this hotel.

::This hotel failed to meet my expectations. The hotel itself is dirty. The floors are stained and the amenities are lacking. I booked 5 nights and after the first night I had to leave. The heat in the room would not shut off and we spent the night sweating in our beds. The TV is extremely small, the floors in the room are stained and overall very outdated. The only nice part of this hotel is the lobby. Do not be fooled by the reviews of this hotel. If you are booking a trip to Sapporo please avoid this hotel. There are better hotels for the same price closer to downtown. When I asked about the heat in the room I was told it is because it is still winter time. You can’t even control the temperature in the room yourself despite having a thermostat in the room. I was not refunded even half of my reservation and I still decided to leave the hotel after the first night. That’s right, even though I paid for my full reservation the hotel was so bad I booked a 4 night stay at a new hotel and still paid for this poor excuse for a 4star hotel. I have no idea who rated this hotel 4 stars but they must have never stayed here before. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

::If you’re expecting it to be near the shopping street, be prepared to walk about 10 mins. Location is convenient but not the best. However the hotel is located in a nice calm vibe, away from the bustling. Walkable to Ippudo which opens till late. Hotel looks nice and huge externally however front desk staffs are not friendly or approachable. They do not help you with the luggages. They provide trolleys where you can borrow and return after. They will not be able to help you change twin room to queen room. At the reception area, you are free to take amenities that you need. At night, the passage to your room will get dark and the lights are minimal. The room looks the most worn in the hotel. Some rooms have awkward corners. The rooms are clean, however it will not be cleaned daily. The toilet comes with shower curtain and bathtub, not the most ideal for elderly.

::Outstanding service 🎖️ I lost my passport on the plane, and they help make calls for me to arrange finding it. They also helped us with laundry and call a taxi to the onsen we were going to. We stayed in Osaka and Tokyo, and this has the biggest room. It's also very affordable. Subway station 1 block and everything within walking distance. It has been such a pleasure to stay here. I highly recommend it.

::This was an awesome choice for a home base. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms are spacious, and there's plenty of storage space for 2 people. Downstairs restaurant - Audrey's was fantastic with so many options for anyone. Laundry facilities are available if you need to wash clothes $3 a wash & 50c for powder, dryers $3 . The staff are super helpful. There's subway & bus services less than 2 minutes' walk. Recommend looking for their special accommodation packages online - definitely worth it 👌 😀
