::Very nice hotel. Literally located right next to the JR station, it is very convenient to commute to places with so many choices for shops and restaurants to choose from. I found this hotel by looking up a place with a natural hot spring bath in Sapporo. The JR Tower hotel provides that and much more from the moment of checking in. The buffet was awesome with plenty of choices, with great customer service. The bath house is very clean and well kept. The only drawback is that they also open to the general public during the day so I recommend you to go during morning time when it’s open for hotel guests only.

::An old-fashioned hotel. Nice and tidy. Everything we needed was available. Excellent location, close to JR station and Stellar Place, great for shoppers. The staff were very polite. Unfortunately, they could not help us to make a reservation at the famous sushi restaurants in Sapporo during our stay in this hotel, which we couldn't find a way to secure a seat on our own. We emailed the hotel to inquire in advance but they replied they were too busy to help. It was a bit shame, considering that there are no international luxurious hotel brands in the city of Sapporo, this hotel should be one of the highest class in the area but still, they couldn't provide such service. This means it's almost impossible for foreigners who don't speak Japanese to make a reservation at those online reservations unavailable, top-ranked restaurants.

::Arrived earlier than check-in time and was surprised that the room was ready! The view was fantastic. Beds, amenities and pillows are 5-star. There is a vending machine and ice machine on every floor. The location is the best - most are walkable and for those that are not train and taxi are just an arm’s reach! Malls all around and a number of shops in the subway. The service was unbelievably amazing. Breakfast was just OK.

::Can’t get any more convenient. The moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted and they helped with our bags. The on site onsen was phenomenal- steam and dry saunas. Rooms were spacious and luxurious, they included amenities inside so we didn’t have to go to the lobby for a few essentials.

::A+, best hotel for a trip to Sapporo, centrally located and well connected to the underground walkway as well as JR station. Views are amazing from the top floors (or any floors, really, as the tower is among the tallest in Sapporo). Room was very well appointed and comfortable, if slightly small. Well worth it for the fantastic views. Excellent service all around, breakfast buffet (American style) was great every day and some parts of the menu changed each day. Afternoon/evening hot chocolate in the lobby is a nice touch, after coming in from the cold.
