::Pros: I really love the bath power they provided and how a bus stop to the airport is right in front of the hotel! Also, I would love to give kudos to housekeeping team as they had done an excellent job and even pay attention to small details like making mirror in the bathroom dry and clean from air vapor! Cons: Not only that it took the front staff over approximately 10-15 mins to check-in (he said it was due to system error), never heard him said sorry. Moreover, my member status was not noted, no status sticker on my room card sleeve, nor verbally mentioned when check-in at all. Is it only for Diamond member to be recognized? And my stay preference of room away from elevator was also not recognized. My room is right next to the elevators. Luckily I was too tired from traveling, so I slept deeply and barely heard loud noise. Location: it is quiet and near Sapporo station. I love that the bus stop to the airport is right in front of the hotel and especially how I get to choose where to sit. However, it is quite far from eateries and shopping venues. I would still choose to stay here when visiting Sapporo next time, but maybe only for the 1-2 last night(s) before going to the airport.

::The most worst hotel ever had in Japan. Especially for receptions experience. They charged us double rates which different with our deals without our confirmation. They only can blamed our travel agent there were missed communication! Lucky for us that we can showed the confirmation from travel agent and we checked the invoice after they charged to our credit card without explained the difference room rate. Also the receptionist explained with unpleasant gestures and communication. He really didn’t showed Japanese people cultures. So be careful before paid in this hotel.

::Overall, reasonable hotel… But very old and dated… The rooms definitely need a renovation. The paint was chipped off and the carpet was old and faded in the higher floors. As an IHG hotel, would’ve expected better presentation. The staff were all friendly and helpful in Sapporo! Walking distance from the main JR station is definitely helpful

::Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and polite, breakfast excellent! So very good! Lunch dinner food was very good as well, but selection is limited, but the quality is very very nice. Rooms are small and rather warm. But the rooms are very clean and well-kept! Air condition is available. Very good hotel well located close to shops and the central station. Why not 5 stars? Well room was rather small and restaurants does not keep to its schedule. I went one day at 9.00 for late dinner and they had already closed although the write that they are open to 10.00 pm (Last order 9.30 pm). But still a very good choice.

::The room where I stayed was spacious for a Japanese Hotel standard. Service was excellent, except for one missed wake-up call by the front office. A Seicomart Mini Market is right next to the lobby. One block away from Family Mart and 7-11 Convenience Store. Recommended when you are in Sapporo.
