I liked the restaurant's atmosphere. Staff were nice too, even though as usual, language is a barrier here in Japan. I had the pork tenderloin cutlet set, the texture of the meat was nice, but I have definitely had better. Considering the price, I think there are better options out there.

This is my second time eating at this Tonkatsu restaurant. The meat quality is very good and the batter is not oily. Crispy and light. Very delicious. The multi grain rice is very specious too. Highly recommended.

One of the better branches of this pork cutlet chain restaurant. My favourite was usually the Shinjuku Takashimaya branch but after the borders opened it was always flooded with tourists, and the standard have dropped. Decided to give the branch at Kawasaki Lazona a try and wasn’t disappointed. Ordered the seasonal special which was the fried oysters (2pcs) and small (80g) of rosu (ロース) cutlet. The oysters were good as usual, but the cutlet was a tad soggy. Other than that everything else was fine. Staff were attentive to your needs, especially with the free flow of shredded cabbage, barley rice and miso soup. Overall not a bad choice for tonkatsu, but maybe I’ll forgo brand loyalty and look for someplace else next time…

Friendly staff, classy atmosphere and great food made the price worth it. Best miso soup I think I've ever had (and they offer refills). Tonkatsu was tender. I recommend the tonkatsu & Ebi combo. Good kids set meal too. English and international menu is available.

Very nice tonkatsu. Worth the price. It’s not cheap. The staff is very friendly too. Grab a beer if u can drink. The miso soup is one of the best tried in the recent trip to Tokyo. Highly recommend.
