::The owner family of the restaurant, especially Okami-san (mother of Kato Family) is filled with hospitality and humor. Many celebrities visit this restaurant to have a great meal and conversation with Okami-san. I have been a customer since the 90s and their food has been the best. I strongly recommend this place!

::This place is absolutely lovely. It's a family owned and run restaurant with the feel and flavor of a Michelin starred phenomenon. They made me feel at home, like I was with my own family, while serving some of the best steak I have tasted in Sendai. 10/10

::A little far from Sendai station but we were craving sukiyaki. Kato gave us a meal to remember. We ordered the cheapest Sendai beef, but that was already so melt-in-the-mouth delicious, I struggle to imagine how much better the better grades could be. I have never had sukiyaki this good, and we were all sorry that we couldn't go back to Kato to try their lunch. Good reason to return to Sendai!
