  We were a group of 6 staying at the Metropolitan Hotel for 2 days. We had an enjoyable meal on the Saturday but we refused a table without explanation on the Sunday when clearly there were tables available.

  Big and beautiful 😍 terrace. Outside is a somewhat romantic place at night.🌃 For group dinners or with your partner. We chose a menu with barbecue type food. It included sausages, bacon, some shrimps, potatoes, salads...a bit sparse. But you could drink as much as you wanted including alcohol. Without time restriction. They close at 10pm.

  Unfortunately the quality and taste is not so…. Just casual cafe. If you want hotel quality and atmosphere, I recommend other hotel restaurant.

  The restaurant attached to Sendai Metropolitan Hotel East that serves buffets. Their food is by no means a king’s banquet, but good enough for most travelers wanting to fill themselves up before a long day of travel or work. If you reserved the hotel I think it’s totally worth it to get the breakfast too.

  I guess the food and the atmosphere is worth the price. The meat was really good. But the service isn’t. Took long time for your drink to arrive and sometimes its forgotten. They also often err on the orders.
