When my mother was in the final stages of terminal cancer, my family was waiting at the emergency reception desk after she was taken to the hospital by ambulance.I couldn't believe how the men and women at the emergency reception desk were chatting loudly. There were many people, including my mother, who were vomiting blood or having difficulty breathing, but they were happily joking and laughing from beginning to end without changing their schedules at all. I think it's more about being a human being than a medical professional. I cannot accept that people who cannot even think about the feelings of the patients and their families are at the emergency counter of a major hospital, where life and death are the difference. My mother, who had almost no physical strength, was left lying on a hard stretcher and waited for several hours. When the doctor came to see her, the doctor stood right next to her and told her family, ``Chemotherapy would be physically difficult in Mrs. ____'s condition, and her physical strength "There is no hope for recovery." My mother may have been aware of her death, but her family didn't tell her how much time she had left because they didn't want to acknowledge her death. However, I think it would have been better if he had just told his family behind the curtain what he was saying in front of him without checking. I switched to visiting nursing, and when I returned home, my mother was crying, saying, ``I was scared of the doctor. I was scared of dying.'' Why are there people working here who are incapable of caring for patients? My mother passed away soon after. I regret everything, including choosing this hospital in the first place and calling an ambulance.

I've been there several times. It's crowded anyway. Reviews are low, but it's crowded. It's crowded, but it has a warm atmosphere. Reception and payment (automatic payment machine cards accepted) are concentrated at the 2nd floor entrance. There is a Dotour on the side, so you can kill time until the caller calls you. On the 1st floor, you can find most of the things you need for hospitalization (reception) at the convenience store. Although the hospital is large, it has a simple structure that makes it difficult for first-time visitors to get lost. I am indebted to a humble and skilled doctor (breast surgeon) who tries his best to treat me in a bright, kind and friendly manner. Thanks to the doctor's care, I am able to view my illness in a positive light. The nurses, blood sampling and radiology staff were all kind and kind. I was nervous before the surgery started, but not only did my doctor (in charge) speak kindly and confidently, but the nurses rubbed and caressed my body until the anesthesia took effect, which made me feel so much better, which I was grateful for. I was also relieved by the smiling greeting from the anesthesiologist. I can only thank the doctors and staff for creating a warm atmosphere. The nurses in charge of the inpatient room were also kind and kind, and they took great care to make sure I didn't make any mistakes, which I'm grateful for and made my stay stress-free. Currently, one bottle of water is provided per day of hospitalization. The ward also has a lounge-like area with a nice view. I can't deny that the facility is a bit old, but if you don't mind the wait, I think it's a hospital you can recommend to your loved ones. At the very least, the doctor I have been working with has become famous and I can't even recommend him, and I'm happy to be able to go to him. I hope you can find a doctor with whom you can build a relationship of trust so that you can deal positively with your illness.

The hospital is beautiful. I came to the hospital through a referral from my family doctor, and they had made an appointment in advance through local medical cooperation. I had a reservation for 10:30 and was asked to be there 20 minutes early, so I filled out my introduction letter and required pets at the reception desk at 10:00. I was given a calling device and was told that a bell would ring when my appointment was near, which was very convenient. I thought, It's now 11:25. . It's been an hour and a half since I checked in and I haven't heard anything. I have a reservation for 10:30, but will it still take time? I asked at the counter, but it was crowded. Please wait. . Since it's a large hospital, it probably won't be as painful or itchy as the reviews say, but if you can't receive treatment at a certain time, you should consider measures such as setting limits on the number of people who can accept reservations and the time. By the way, the couple next door has already been waiting for us for two hours. I did it with. Since time is wasted, we recommend that those who are introduced to us or those who are planning to go, have plenty of time.

"good point" ・I was hospitalized for surgery, but it was reassuring to know that each department and person in charge was "supporting me as a team." The doctor in charge was prompt, the surgeon was kind and had a god hand, the anesthetist was perfect, the dentist checked and cleaned carefully (for intubation), the surgical team made me feel relaxed, and the most difficult time after surgery. I would like to thank the nurses on the inpatient floor who supported me, the pharmacist, the cleaning staff who kept me looking beautiful, and the staff at the inpatient center and accounting staff who kindly and carefully taught me various things. Everyone was professional and patient-oriented. It made me think, ``Where should I face when I work?'' Thank you for all the help you have given me. ・The automatic piano music playing throughout the hall will soothe your anxiety. ・As it is new, it is basically clean. Cleanliness is also very good. ·It's a nice view. The views from the day room on the inpatient floor and the restaurant on the 13th floor are truly amazing. Hospitalization can make you feel depressed. How soothing is the fact that the inside of the building is clean and the scenery is beautiful? ・"Paging devices" distributed to outpatients are a good idea. You can be anywhere in the building as long as you can receive radio waves, so you don't necessarily have to wait in front of a crowded consultation department, you can wait anywhere you like within the building. (Coffee shop, waiting room sofa, etc.) ・The in-house convenience store was open 24 hours a day, which came in very handy during my stay in the hospital. I'm sure there aren't many customers at night, but thank you for staying open. I was relieved. "assignment" ・Perhaps because it is popular, there are many patients. Even if you have a reservation for an outpatient visit, it is common for your visit to be over 60 or 90 minutes long. Let's just accept that this is what it is. (It's a chance to read a book!) In return, the doctor's examination on your turn is thorough, so you can be convinced that it's more than enough (lol) ・There are a lot of students from Kansai Medical University in training, but I think they act young in the restrooms and elevators. (Private speech and leaning back.) Even though they are students, patients are looking at them, and some patients feel uneasy when they see such things. It's tough but it's solid! ・Wi-Fi is poor. Lots of cutting. I could barely use it when I was in the hospital. This is an improvement. Overall it's a good hospital. I'm glad I met Hirakata. thank you for helping me! ✴︎A doctor who sees many outpatients and then visits inpatients in the evening. (When will we have lunch?) Nurses respond to the constant nurse calls even at night. Will medical malpractice occur? I think it's the busyness, stress, and tension that makes me worry. His sense of mission and responsibility is worthy of respect.

This is a teaching hospital as well as a place where many people receive medical care, including myself. It is an efficiently run operation, but perhaps a bit too technical and impersonal. The doctors don’t ask many questions or inquire much about your general health and frequently become silent when they are finished to rush on to the patient behind you. Dr. Ozaki is a rare exception. They are very busy which I understand and explains the 1-2 hour wait per visit. Good news: there’s a Doutor coffee shop inside, but it too is also very busy. 🕰️☕️
