  Thank you for taking care of me during my emergency hospitalization from Osaka University during my pregnancy. The nurses are all good people The doctor in charge was also thinking about the baby in my stomach and me as a pregnant woman until the very last minute. I was able to give birth by caesarean section without any problems. I had a difficult time in the hospital due to various conditions. Thanks to everyone being such good people, I was able to trust them with peace of mind, and I was able to get by without worrying too much. I can't thank you enough. thank you very much I would also like to thank the nurses who took care of me even when I fell ill in the middle of the night. Hospital food was very healthy and good. However, I was hospitalized because I wasn't feeling well, so there were many days left. I didn't have to make it myself, so it was very comfortable for me as a working housewife.The toilet and room were clean and nice. The child is still in the NICU. You are treating me very well. To commemorate the 1st month of birth, the nurse in charge will give you a gift. I received a handmade souvenir. I'm planning to celebrate my 100th day in the NICU soon. I'm really looking forward to it It's all thanks to you all, thank you very much

  This hospital has a technology but that technology using hands are too much rude and no heart at all. Specially, Nurses are useless

  If you are looking to go to the orthopedic department I advise to avoid this hospital at all cost. Might be otherwise for other departments, though. This is my experience there. I dislocated my thumb in a bicycle crash one night, so I rode to the ER there and they treated my road rash and stabilized my thumb with a plate. left the ER at 3 am and was asked to go back to see an orthopedic at 9:30. Did so and saw the first doctor who gave me quite a scare because I push my thumb back on my own after the crash and that is not advised. He told me to go wait to see another orthopedic because he was not sure of my case. Waited another hour and saw another doctor who requested a CT scan, I took the scan went back and he did not give us any answers nor explanations, he just asked the nurse to bandage my thumb using the same plate that the Er doctor made and I was asked to come two days later to see a hand "specialist" who again did not give any explanation at the end of 4 hours of waiting and extra X-rays. He concluded that I should come a week later to schedule a surgery to check if the ligament is torn or not (stener lesion) . A surgery to check? That sounded weird, so i went to my local orthopedic who informed us that it is possible to check using MRI and was recommended to go see doctor Masatomi at Yukioka hospital who concluded from an echo scan and x-ray (no MRI) that the ligament wasn't totally torn and that i only needed a cast. Was on my way home after 2 hours. Compare that to a total of 9 hours and 3 doctors with no clear answers at this Yodogawa Christian hospital. It was my worst experience at a hospital in my life, in three countries and one of them is a developing country. Google should add negative stars.

  I will give this hospital 10 stars if there's any..the staffs and the doctor are really helpful. The staff escort me and wait at the pharmacy to help me. FYI I am a tourist with zero ability in japanese language, but they can accomodate me and my family well at the ER. Thumbs up for the service! Thank you

  The hospital is brand new, has excellent facilities, the highest standards and is, in all, just really impressive. Each department has an English speaking (very well spoken, actually) coordinator who takes care of you during your stay, that is from the reception until you have paid and left the building. He/she explains every document, every procedure, functions as real-time translator and takes care of your special needs. Truly wonderful. At least some doctors speak English and are very patient and describe in detail what your condition/problem is. The process of examination, treatment and payment is very very organized. There is basically 0 waiting time (I got a gastroscopy scheduled the very next day). They even made time to talk about my blood results an hour after collection so I didn't have to wait a week until my next appointment. And if you are still not satisfied, just go and check out their cafeteria (which is basically a full service restaurant). I can honestly say this is the best hospital I have ever been to.
