  It was the worst. I really wanted to use the counter this month, so I took advantage of my lunch break to walk there for 15 minutes, but the counter was closed between 11:30 and 1:00 p.m. on weekdays, saying they were trying to prevent the spread of coronavirus. It was being done. Even though it closes at 15:00? I can't help but feel lazy. I tried staggering my break the next day, but the service at the counter was terrible. I don't think I'll use this place anymore.
