::My relatives are taking care of me. I wonder if they can handle the phone. I received a call from the nurse in charge saying that a relative who was hospitalized wanted to talk to me. After being asked to wait a moment, I was put on hold, and then a completely different female voice, perhaps connected to the nurse's station, said, ``Hello.'' When I said ``Hello,'' she said ``Oh, you pressed the wrong button (lol)'' and hung up without saying anything. This has happened about 3 or 4 times. I think it's less about the hospital and more about him as a person. I think it would be a good idea to learn how to answer the phone.

::I was previously hospitalized. Hospitalized for three months due to closure. The food was for the elderly, and since it was a psychiatric clinic, it was described as ``delicious food,'' but it was mental health food, but I never thought it was delicious. (Excuse me) It was a closed ward, but once my symptoms stabilized, I was able to go out (I often went to Aeon), and I was able to stay out for a long time. I also remember how kind the nurses were. The open ward on the upper floor seems to be chaotic. (There was a patient drinking alcohol at Aeon...)

::*Updated in May 2022 Listed below* ①Outpatient There is a reception, examination room, and consultation room on the 1st floor. The reception area is entirely made of glass, so it's neither too large nor too narrow and doesn't feel intimidating or oppressive. All you can see outside is the parking lot and the mountains. Counseling available (reservation required). It appears that the hospital has changed its management policy to reduce the number of outpatient doctors and focus solely on inpatients. Outpatient visits are kept short based on the number of doctors and patients. Some patients are forced to change hospitals due to this. ②Staff Previously, the director of the hospital explained in writing that there were no plans to hire a counselor in the future, but in reality, the hospital had already had a counselor and was able to receive counseling. What happened...the personnel decisions and reports were a mess. Other than that, all the employees are very polite. ③Inpatient ward (closed ward) The 2nd to 3rd floors are closed wards for inpatients. Even though it's a closed ward, it's just that ``no one can go outside the hospital,'' but the ward is fairly spacious and they can move around freely. It is actually safer for the elderly to be hospitalized in a closed ward (especially since snacks are managed by the hospital in the 2nd floor ward). ④Inpatient ward (closed ward) Currently, there are no open wards, which is a very inconvenient situation. A situation where patients who do not need the rules of closed wards are being forced to do so. Therefore, I would like the open wards to be reopened as soon as possible. When it comes to assisted bathing, I am as busy as if I were at war. Closed wards and open wards are both essential and separate, so I cannot accept the decision of the hospital director and board president to eliminate one. The following is my impression when there was an open ward. The 4th floor is an open ward for hospitalization. There are set times, but you can go out if you apply. Other than that, it is basically the same as a closed ward. However, this treatment is aimed at patients who can self-manage, and if they are unable to do so, they should be admitted to a closed ward. Because it's a nuisance. This is because, according to the rules of the entire inpatient ward, people are asked to refrain from eating and drinking in the ward (there is a public area called the Saar where everyone eats and drinks), and the reason is to prevent aspiration. Most medications for mental illnesses have factors that make them more susceptible to aspiration, and in fact, there have been many cases of elderly people dying from aspiration. Despite this, we still see many patients breaking the rules. Furthermore, tea is served three times a day, but some patients have elderly patients who are unable to take care of themselves and come to pour the tea without the attention of the nurses. He doesn't know it, but this is directly connected to his death. The current situation where even such elderly people are hospitalized in the open ward on the 4th floor is frankly abnormal, and it would not be surprising if someone died at any time. If the patient's family is seeing this, I want them to be admitted to the 2nd floor immediately. A dangerous condition that the patient manages to manage with caution. ⑤Cleaning, meals, equipment, etc. Cleaning is done daily and disinfection is done multiple times a day. You can bathe three times a week and choose to do your own laundry or have it outsourced. There's no need to worry, as the menu and ingredients are now available on the assumption that meals will be eaten in a saar (to prevent aspiration), and things have changed a lot since then. It's just delicious. Patients can participate in OT at their discretion while hospitalized (for inpatients only) to improve lack of exercise, brain training, and increase hobbies (light gymnastics, table tennis, calligraphy, coloring, etc.) The care that nurses take when entering a patient's room (permission to enter) has also been raised and is now being thoroughly enforced. Even if it's not a private room, there are no cases where the curtains can be suddenly opened. ⑥Overview What I felt when I was hospitalized was that ``nurses and doctors have little awareness of rules and instructions for patients who have been hospitalized for a long time.'' Newly admitted patients strictly follow the rules, but older patients simply ignore rule violations every day. This is a hospital that allows relatively free admission among hospitals in this area, but it is truly regrettable that old patients who do not follow the rules that must be followed are being slaughtered. If this were not the case, I think it would be one of the hospitals in the city where you can be admitted with peace of mind. However, as I have said many times before, I would especially like elderly people who have restrictions on eating and drinking or who have dementia to be hospitalized in closed wards. The current situation cannot be covered by nurses alone.

::The private room was spacious and seemed comfortable. The hospital was kept clean and tidy. I thought it was a little scary that if I went to visit her on a Saturday or Sunday, I would have to go to her hospital room without going through the reception. After being in the hospital for a while, the patient's complexion improved and I think he looked a little plump. I felt a little happy because I was bald before I was hospitalized.
