  I looked it up on the internet to see a fever outpatient clinic and found that it was closed due to a public holiday. I went to see the doctor because it was posted online, but I'm disappointed. Also, there was a number displayed asking you to call here for the fever outpatient clinic, so when I called, a person who appeared to be a security guard directed me to this number and another number to call if I had a fever. They said they don't diagnose fever there. I was very inconvenienced by the dissemination of incorrect information. Even though I was in a hurry, I wasted my time due to irresponsible guidance. The problem isn't the doctors or nurses, it's the security guards, but I won't go there anymore.

  I felt that the social worker in charge was not the one who cared the most for the patient and family. The only time I say complimentary words is when I'm in the hospital. It was frustrating and painful to hear people say things based on their own values, as if they were trying to corner the exhausted family, who were gradually becoming more and more concerned with getting the patient out of the hospital as soon as possible. I understand that your job is to get him out of the hospital as soon as possible, but I wish he would have made a statement that was more sensitive to our circumstances. I learned that I shouldn't have high expectations even if someone asks me to consult them about anything.
