  While searching online, I saw that it had a garden and a nice atmosphere, so I made a reservation online. After that, I read other people's reviews and went prepared, but I was disappointed because it was just as the reviews said. I have stayed at many ryokan in the past, but none of them made me want to come back again.

  The hospitality was excellent and the hosts went above and beyond for us. We were very well taken care of. The food was delicious and the meals were very well thought out. The house and sleeping quarters were exquisitely furnished and decorated.

  Although the inn was said to have a 193-year history, the lighting in the washroom, toilet, and hallway was dark, and for us elderly people, there wasn't enough brightness and it felt unsafe. In addition, the air conditioner only works in the living room and bedroom, and when I go to the toilet, washroom, or bath, the temperature changes are too large, which I found to be tiring. The brightness of the stairs was also dark, which I thought was the most dangerous.

  The other day, we used it as a dinner party venue after the wedding ceremony on December 10th. During meetings and preliminary visits, we were treated with courtesy, but on the day, the person in charge of delivering the food and the proprietress were unfriendly and did not give us a welcoming atmosphere at all. Even when his relatives arrived first, they were ushered into a cold room in silence, without even saying ``Congratulations.'' Maybe a lot of people were dissatisfied... When I asked for a drink, I was told bluntly, ``I'll leave it there,'' and my family looked at me strangely. It seemed like they were using good quality meat, so they brought me a certificate, but it was placed on the desk and taken away without a word. When I took a photo, he looked suspicious and didn't ask me if I wanted to take a photo, just cleaning up my belongings (lol) I'm sorry for making your family worry about your important day. It's a shame because the food was delicious. My precious trip to Ise may have been a little hazy, but it's a memory I'll never forget. thank you very much!

  As it is a traditional Japanese restaurant, the atmosphere of the building and garden is wonderful. However, is it the worst accommodation facility? There are only two rooms on the second floor, one has a cypress bath, but the other is just a unit bath. You can't lock your room when you go out. The guy who happened to be staying next door was so noisy that I had to run the hair dryer while walking around early in the morning. It's noisy from 4 o'clock, but you can hear all the sounds. I guess it can't be helped since it's an old building, but I think it's a bad idea for an inn to be able to hear all the noise. Despite the high price, the food and rooms are not worth it. Even half price would be good.
