  The service was great. The hotel offers complimentary beverage and castella. The room comes with private onsen on the belcony. Also, there is the public onsen. The dinner and breakfast were beyond fantastic, probably the best Japanese food I had in two weeks. This ryokan is a must stay when you visit the area.
