::I had a filling removed and was in pain, so I called and was told that they were fully booked for the month of August. I told her that I was in a lot of trouble and could wait as long as I wanted, but she refused, saying, ``It would be a nuisance, so please refrain.'' (Previously, they gave me first aid) I've been going to this dentist for about 20 years, but the way they handle the phone makes me feel like I'm at a different dentist. Did it get worse after being renovated? I thought it was a day off because I couldn't get more than 10 calls on the phone. The staff seems to have changed, and the building is beautiful, but what's inside... Well, it's good because I'm going somewhere else. By the way, the call was on 8/2 at 10:19.

::I went there for the first time after the renovation. When I visited, I arrived nearly 10 minutes before my reservation time, but I had to wait 20 minutes past my reservation time, and was then told to go up the outside stairs to the second floor and wait. There was no follow-up or explanation for the delay either at the reception or during the consultation. There was no reception on the second floor, so you just entered and sat down and waited. All the chairs on the first floor were for one person and were hard, so I wished they had let me wait on the second floor where there was a sofa from the beginning. Before the renovation, there were toys, picture books, cute slippers, and nostalgic public telephones for children, but now the teacher has changed and it seems to be completely aimed at adults. The new doctor was also kind and thorough during the examination. I've been going to a dentist for over 5 years and have loved it, but now I feel like I've become a completely different dentist, so I'm looking for a new one.
