When I consulted with my child about the alignment of his teeth, other dentists recommended orthodontic treatment, but he said that things change until middle school, so it's not too late to wait until he's in middle school, so let's wait and see, and now he's in the fifth grade of elementary school. However, it came naturally. My teeth aren't perfectly clean, but I'm glad I didn't have to forcefully straighten them while they were still growing.
