Big cozy and clean room with very friendly staffs and lovely traditional Japanese (free) breakfast delivered to your room.

Simply amazing. We ordered online off of a hotel aggregator search engine and knew it was a love hotel coming in, but the massage chair and spa bath won out over any potential weirdness.

Absolutely SUPERB in every way. By far the largest and best room of our entire trip. The room comes with a top-of-the-range massage chair thats wonderful. There are also endless freebies including designer brands of creams and smellies. The location is perfect if you have a car as it's free parking. If coming by train it is a 1km walk to the metro station. Plenty of local bars and restuarants. For the price it's like staying at a 5* Las Vegas hotel! Amazing and delighted. Avoid breakfast! That's the only underwhelming bit. Served to you in your room through a hatch and pretty awful unless you're Japanese!

Came here on my honeymoon. Easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It outclasses any Tokyo hotel for its price range. Despite not being a "4 star hotel" (those ratings are BS anyways) this is an amazing hotel. The rooms come with karaoke bars, PlayStation, jacuzzi, full bath, a vanity and a massage chair. There is an air humidifier and even the bed has light, air and other controls. The bathrooms are styled well. The entire hotel has a 1990s high class feel to it. The only drawback is it is 15 minutes from the station for a walk. Hotel staff has excellent English abilities and even provides a map of the Area. Will be staying here again if I have future Kyoto trips!
