::One of the best hotels in Fukuoka. Great service started from the entrance of the hotel. Porter will help you carry luggage to your room. The receptionist help you check in quickly. In the restaurant, staff is polite and helpful. Flowers in the lobby hall always beautiful. Last but not least. Breakfast is delicious.
Etsuko Fast
::I stayed 3 nights in April, 2024. The location is great. One or 2 stops to Tenjin shopping area or to Hakata station. Has a swimming pool, hot bath & a sauna for a fee of 2000 Yen. The best part is the service. Hotel Okura offers 24 hour Takuhai (home delivery) service. Just by calling the front desk, a designated Takuhai server comes to your room. They can even complete packing for you. Breakfast buffet was good & I enjoyed sitting on a sushi counter in an intimate setting in a Sushi restaurant. Highly recommend & I will definitely stay next time I visit Hakata, Fukuoka.

::Had a pleasant stay in hotel Okura. Service was excellent and buffet breakfast was sumptuous. Location is great as subway is connected to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again in future

::So glad that I chose this place to stay for a getaway in Fukuoka. The staff are so friendly and the place is just a stone’s throw away from the Nakasu Kawabata subway station. I like this area for the more tranquil feel. There is a wide selection of quality restaurants at the hotel. Even the Japanese breakfast is remarkable.

::Great hotel to stay in Fukuoka. All employees have smiling faces all day long. In my thinking, This hotel scores 100 out of 100 in terms of food, location, amenities, management, and cost-effectiveness. Of course it cannot be compared to some luxury resorts, but among the 5 star hotel in Japan, I think this hotel is good.
