::Imagine it as a service apartment with good space in the rooms and minimum service. If you go with this expectation you won't be disappointed. Location is good. Room cleaning service is not provided so not great for longer stays. (Towel changed and trash will be emptied) Pro: rooms large, bathroom and toilet like a nice Japanese apartment, location good, lobby bright Con: no cleaning service and minimum service at front desk

::Similar experience to others. Modern hotel with larger spaces, unhelpful staff and dirty rooms. As we’re ‘Gaijins’, we couldn’t reserve a parking space and they wouldn’t give us Blackcat forms despite having them available. Were told they were out of forms and had to go to elsewhere, before seeing a staff member quickly shut a draw filled with them. For the price, you can find better elsewhere.

::Modern, new boutique hotel. Love the decor. Rooms are spacious, good size bathroom with a wet room and bath. Helpful staff. Private parking at ¥2500 per night. Good location, 10min walk to tenjin shopping district. Declicious welcome snacks a bonus.

::It's nice that the hotel offered welcome tea & sweet. The hotel did not provide cleaning service and changing bed sheets every day if you stay there for a few days. They have this notification in the room but seems not mentioned on the booking platform. We asked the staff of front desk, they provide one tlme thorough cleaning during our stay

::Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Room was spacious for 3 people and still have plenty of space to walk and open luggage. Sound proof in room is good. There were free cakes and tea from 3pm to 10pm. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Staff helped us book a taxi to the airport. When my friend had issue opening luggage as she misplaced her key, staff helped us to break the lock. We had an enjoyable stay, thanks to them.
