::Our room was so small the bed was up against the wall. One chair, no space for suitcases. The front desk staff were welcoming. If its more than an overnight stay, i would go somewhere else

::Good Location but dirty room. Specially the bathroom. Extremely eco friendly such as no air conditioning when temperatures low. Front desk will suggest you to open the window. No bottled water and you may see “good for drink” in bathroom. 🙂

::Location is good, around 7 to 8 mins walk from Tenjin station, but one point to take notes, I did not see any elevator or escalator from the gate to street level, so if you are with heavy luggage, that maybe a problem. Room is small but for one person is marginally acceptable. Cleanliness can be improved, as it's quite dusty on the desk and the small shelf on headboard. The window can be opened is a plus to me as I don't like to use heat, and the AC control for some hotels is difficult to change the mode from heat to cool...

::Nice little spot. Small rooms but perfectly convenient and reasonable for the price. Very clean. And friendly staff. Cleaning staff were a little noisy in the corridor in the morning though, which made it hard to sleep after a late night out

::Room size is typically small as other hotel in Japan. However, it's more than enough to place your stuff and able to open your large luggage. Services are good and staff are friendly.
