::Perfect location near Hakata Station with numerous shops and restaurants accessible within walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff. The onsen on the 2nd floor is great. (Some of the guests did not respect the using rules such as leaving their hair down or bringing their mobile phones into the onsen area) The room is a bit small but doesn't matter. Will definitely stay with Dormy Inn again!

::So the rooms are pretty basic, no hot tub. But they are super clean and nice. The staff is pretty on point. Very helpful and kind. I was unaware of the upstairs club, but apparently that’s only if you order breakfast or a room with access to it. It wasn’t quite what I was looking to experience. Quite a few of the guests were rude. (Ie lacking elevator manners.) But some were great! I love the free yakult or free popsicle, depending on your onsen time. Seeing the older grandmas coming up with popsicles in their hands, super happy, really made me feel happy, too. The hotel is very honest about what it provides!! Good quality.

::Really needed to share the great help komura-san and niizuma-san rendered for us! We are moving to a small town after dormy inn, where dinner places are not as common. Hoping to make sure that we can get a dinner booking for our daughter's birthday, we had to trouble first niizuma-san and then komura-san to call the restaurant to make a reservation. (I am so hoping to to have to feed my daughter instant noodles on her birthday!) As we don't have a Japanese number, it was really tough to make reservation on Japanese websites. Usually this is not a problem, as we could just walk in to any available restaurants. In small towns where there are not many dinner places, this became a problem. Thank you to both komura-san and niizuma-san.

::The location and amenities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The onsen is a great place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing… and they definitely have a lot of small details to make sure guest feel welcome and pampered (ramen, popsicles, massage chairs, coffee and tea) which definitely exceeds expectations for the price Keep in mind, however, the rooms are a tad on the small side… but it is very clean and quiet

::Room is clean and quiet. Stay in the club room has access to massage chair and drinks. Breakfast has good variety of choice. Location is great. Walkable distance to Hakata station and close to Canal City and MaxValu.
