  very solid hotel. breakfast is ok. scrambled eggs is ok. but can be better scrambled egg and need more meat. room very comfortable. bathroom needs update and ventilation in bathroom need to be cleaned. staff friendly. onsen on 6th floor is ok. no ice bath, but good views. onsen needs be cleaned too, loots of salt build up, so look dirty. overall very solid hotel. pleasant stay

  Great location and comfortable stay. Excellent location, next to some department stores and many food stores, recommended paid parking spaces, super delicious and exquisite buffet breakfast, and excellent and enthusiastic staffs. The above are all advantages worth recommending to stay again.

  Nice hotel in Beppu!, ideally situated near the sea, a department store, and Beppu station. The room decor exuded traditional Japanese charm with its ancient style. Included in the hotel price was a delicious breakfast buffet featuring local delicacies like mentaiko, which you thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel offered a public onsen for all guests to enjoy.

  We took the japanese ryokan room. Have free car parking for guest. Room is abit old but clean and toilet is clean as well. The inhouse onsen is good but the water temperature for the mens bath is too hot for me. Even the locals complained. On some days it was good but most of the time its not. Breakfast is good. Very healthy japanese breakfast. Location is quite central and near to most restaurant and department stores.

  I’ve slept so well in the traditional room. The weighted blanket was a total icing on the cake! The massage/spa is right next door which offers 10 percent off of the service if you stay with the hotel. Good location with walking distance to lots of sushi restaurants. The onsen is amazing and they allow tattoos, so no need to cover up. I just want to know what is the brand of the blankets because I really want to buy them!! 😇
