::The absolute worst hotel we experienced in Japan. The hotel smelt terrible, only had 1 tiny pillow for 2 people, and called us to ask for breakfast tickets back. 🙄

::I wasn't anticipating much out of this last-minute booking of a hotel, just a place to stay the night while I explored Hiroshima. But it turned out to be a pretty convenient spot. The location is great if you're planning on visiting the A-bomb dome and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park since you can walk there in about 10 minutes, and a tram station roughly the same distance. It's also next to a shopping district, including Hondori Shopping street. Breakfast was the biggest surprise; the buffet menu had an amazing variety of options ranging from a salad bar to various meats, noodles, fruits, even a few snacks including cheesecake bits. Definitely worth the value. Only complaints I have is that the single bedroom I booked was usual cramped Japanese business-hotel design, including the bathtub, which while deep, doesn't give any space to stretch out one's legs. And the room annoyingly only had 2 power outlets - something I realize a great deal of other hotels also suffer from, but in this day and age with everyone carrying around several pieces of electronics you'd think they'd start catching up with the times. Oh, and the room window was facing a wall, so no beautiful vistas this time.

::Short walk to the memorial park and Hondori street. Staff are super kind and helpful. Helped us book tours and book taxis. Definitely a good place to stay if you are looking for a convenient spot.

::Perfectly nice hotel for our visit to Hiroshima. Room was good, breakfast buffet was above and beyond - probably the best one I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend the lemon tarts ;) Location was okay, bit of a walk to bus/streetcar but we didn’t mind too much as there was plenty to do.

::This was a wonderful place to stay while in the city. I got it for a great price as a package deal. The location is so good and neat everything or within a good walking distance. The staff are so super helpful and kind making the stay feel so welcoming. I loved being able to wake up with an onsen bath before enjoying the morning buffet with delicious local inspired food like the delicious fried oysters. The room was great and the bed was super good too. I really liked this place.
