  We enjoyed this handy location to the Peace Park and to lots of local eateries and entertainment. I completed the online checking but then had to do it all over again despite having the QR code so maybe don't bother doing that when they send it to you in advance. The 25th floor complementary drinks and nibbles each day were outstanding and for this alone, it is worth staying there. But there are lots of other things to commend Mitsui. The views from the room were awesome and the BEST feature was the total blackout blind which enables a longer sleep. The bathroom was good but the toilet was extremely small and difficult to use. The room comes well equipped with toiletries, good wifi and mineral water. The TV was small and difficult to navigate in English. We also loved the fact that you could monitor your laundry online to know when it would be finished. Very clever. Overall a great hotel and we would gladly stay there again.

  Lovely hotel. 10 minute walk to the peace park area. Nice spacious rooms which are comfortable. The breakfast and drinks area on the top floor are fantastic. Laundromat on site which is reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

  Start with the staff: We had a problem with our Aircon. The Ventilation startet very loud, run for 15 seconds, stopped for 10 seconds, repeat and repeat. So i ask for servicing the ventilation. But... no Chance! Even with google translate: No chance. Even the Person with a "Speaking english" button are not able to communicate in english. But we receive a free upgrade to a room on the 24th Floor with a silent Aircon, so everything more than fine! Rooms: Like most rooms in Japan very small, just big enough to sleep in, but no place you like to spend the day. But... You have a spacious Lounge at the top of the hotel! After Breakfast this giant room with enough wall plugs, chairs and table is free for any hotel guest with a genius 360° (nearly) view about Hiroshima. And... You have free hot & cold water, free Coffee (cappuccino, Latte... complete Machine), some snacks, juices, Softicecream, Sodas (coke, Sprite, Water...) machines. In the afternoon they also offer sparkling and normal wine... all in self-service. This Lounge is very good for (Co-)working, relaxing, playing with your childs, reading, enjoying the view. I never had a lobby or lounge with a service like this in my Hotel life.

  The hotel room came with lots of green tea sachets and two metal bottles of water. Those things really stuck out to me. Like, wow—I get to keep all this green tea? I'm sipping it back home in America right now as I write this. It had a really nice view at the top floor lounge. Beautiful view of the city and the ocean and some islands in the distance. The lounge was my favorite place. The drinks--I liked the apple juice and lemon squash--were amazing up there. I have good memories of sitting near the window at night, looking down at the pretty city lights while drinking lemon squash and laughing with friends over some "racist candy" I had found at a nearby convenience store. I love this hotel! Oh, and the breakfast was good!

  I booked here having stayed at Mitsui Gardens Roppongi. So I expected more. Unfortunately the hotel and rooms were outdated. The shower sprayed to the far end of the bathtub/shower and was not adjustable so it was hard to shower only having a small space to catch the water. It was very dirty, mould in ceiling, stains and marks on walls. The pillows were awful, very flat and had some sort of beans in them? The staff however were absolutely amazing, accommodating and extremely helpful. The location was great. I have much respect for this city for what they have been through and the strength to rebuild so quickly is admirable.
