::The hotel is very well maintained and cleaned. The room is nice and clean too. Housekeeping is excellent. Convenient location Makuhari Mitsui Outlet Mall is across the street and 5 min walk to Kaihin Makuhari (Keiyo Line) station. Very good value for money.

::Great location and great free breakfast. Also, free wi-fi. The building and rooms themself are a little dated. But not like “needs renovations” dated. I bet this place was killer when it first opened. Smoking is allowed in rooms, so keep that in mind if your a non-smoker. Close to a bus line to Tokyo/Narita. This part of Chiba is way nicer than I was expecting.

::Green Tower is a somewhat traditional Japanese hotel. The room is clean and cozy as expected and the staffs are very polite and helpful. It actually suits my needs better than APA due to its close distance to Messe and the JR Station. Best of all, it provides a coin laundry, which is missing from several other hotels in this neighborhood. Will come back next year definitely.
