::Good hotel to stay if you have a budget but not good for the location. Your trip will be limited by the limited shuttle bus schedule and it is hard to follow with the kids on the stroller. It is okay to walk to the station for adults but not for kids. It takes around 20 to 30 mins with kids to walk to the nearest station.

::Walk about 1 km from the station, the room not too big but it’s convenient, the staff so helpful and nice, the hotel have a service to send bag/luggage to another place, laundry machine, nice👍🏻. When you visit tokyo disney you should stay here, they have bus from the hotel to Disneyland.

::Mystays shin urayasu was a decent place to stay given its affordable price. The hotel rooms had an older feel / decor to them. With a bit of a mold smell. However the staff were very nice and friendly and capable of speaking clear English. The shuttle bus service was also great. However, to take the shuttle bus back to the hotel that could be a little confusing. It's also within walking distance to the closest train station but keep in mind if your hauling luggage for 20min to the hotel it is pretty far and the hotel is surrounded by fields so now nearby restaurants or convince stores. The hotel breakfast is rather tasty, not the biggest selection for the price but it will full you up

::The room was ok. It was big enough for us and had a full size bathtub. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit older but have been maintained pretty well.

::Good service, We felt welcomed. The room is ok, but what I liked is all the cosmetic amenities are DHC. After showering, my hair got a good condition. The location is quite far from Shinurayasu station(approximately 20 minutes if you had kids or big luggage).Overall, the place is good as we paid.
