  Good for Economical plans. Cleaning and facilities I would like to give 4.5 star in 10. I was disgusting low quality heater. It wasn't enough for such a room. Building and some facilities bit look like older. Wall sounds resistance are bad. I heard some sounds clearly from near rooms.

  The location is excellent -- near JR, the subway, and an expansive shopping arcade. Enough floorspace to include a two-person sofa, firm pillows, and an in-room smartphone with tethering in case the wifi gets jacked up. But the bathroom small even for Japan. I'm a manlet at merely 170 cm (5" 7'), but because of an obstruction in the bathroom, I was as tall as you could be to shower without crouching. Seriously, another inch and I would've donked the ceiling. And because the tub is so narrow, soaking isn't that comfortable, either.

  Very close to Sendai train station and also close to a nearby Seven-Eleven store, which is pretty much essential for tourists as their ATMs are one of the few that work with foreign bank cards. The breakfast costs 800 yen extra, but it's worth trying out at least once. The room was actually quite spaceous. Finally, you get to borrow and use an android smartphone for free during your stay, which is perfect for getting internet access if you're out on a trip.

  Very well priced hotel, with all the essentials. Staff were nice and accomodating, and the rooms were serviced every day. Quite clean and very quiet, but location is great since it's super close to Sendai Station and the shopping district.

  Polite and helpful staff. Room is a little small, but comfortable. Location is very close to the JR Sendai station, but in a narrow alley that may be overlooked at first.
