  Mr. Aka…(sorry not remember) at a front desk was very nice and let us do very early check in because we did not satisfied previous hotel (5 stars hotel but terrible service) so moved in this hotel. This hotel was much better than 5stars hotel

  The room is large, clean and tidy. It is about 15 minutes walk to train station. The breakfast restaurant is located at G/F and offers Japanese and Western style food, including local dishes and desserts in Sendai.

  3 of us stayed for 1 night before heading out with shinkansen. Around 10minutes walk from Sendai Station East Exit. The location is convenient. The room and bathroom are really nice too. A bit cramped for 3 people, but the room managed to provide comfortable beds for all of us.

  The rooms are slightly outdated and crowded with unnecessary furniture, however the hotel is extremely affordable. The beds are comfortable and the walls seem to block more sound than other budget hotels in Japan. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to help you. There is also English speaking staff if necessary. Great for short stays while visiting Sendai.

  Location is very convenient just a couple minutes down the road from Sendai Station. The room is spacious enough for the price. I love the large bed. Some cons is the hotel is a bit dated. You can tell in where the light switches are (not next to the entrance so causes an inconvenience) and also the bathroom.
