::I had a pleasant stay at the Imperial OSAKA. The hospitality is immaculate. I especially enjoyed the three recommended jogging trails along the Okawa River bank, bringing one to the old Mint, OSAKA castle and Sakura course, respectively.

::0 ⭐️ Star for not letting the wheel chair to the elder. In their website you can rent the wheelchair but when you already in the premises they give you problem. Find somewhere that they can help you 💯 percent. No if’s or but’s. Too much alibi to rent you wheelchair. I will not recommend if you have senior in your family your having trouble, in this place, you need to call concierge, you need to call manager and yet no solution this is not a 5 star hotel this category is 3 star. No pity they don’t care, they want you to rent elsewhere. What’s the point? your wheelchair is in stock room full of dust…

::Location is nice and quiet. You can take the free shuttle bus from Osaka station departure every 20 min. It takes a little while to find the bus stop. But it’s under the railway bridge. One of the best service I’ve ever experienced in Japan. Staffs all good with English and well trained. I am glad to meet a trainee named Kim and she was very nice and professional. The Snoopy room experience was wonderful. dream came true for long time snoopy fan. clean. and with great view.

::One of the best Osaka has to offer. Great location. The entire hotel is beautifully and tastefully designed and decorated. Even a fresh red rose in the elevators. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. I compare this hotel to the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Even the motorized curtians and shades are similar. The glass enclosed shower bathtub combo is unusual. I really liked it. It felt like a "shower before the onsen" experience. My wife didn't like it. She prefers a standard enclosed shower stall. Amazing amenities and complimentary toiletries (the best.) Excellent breakfast options: Buffet (international) or traditional Japanese set breakfast. Since we stayed here 2 nights, we were able to try both. The traditional Japanese breakfast was nice. Quiet, less busy and peaceful as there is a zen garden outside. Whereas rhe breakfast buffet is busy and hectic, but yet offers a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again, but in my own, without the tour.

::Had an amazing stay! The hotel screams luxury in every way. Big shoutout to the shuttle bus driver who rocked carrying our massive bags solo. Props to the friendly dude in the lobby, too, for being friendly and respectful even though we looked like messy travelers. The lobby art? Mind-blowing. Comfiest bedding ever, and the room view? Unreal! Pricey for us, but the experience totally justified it. One night felt like a splurge well spent!
