The other day, I stayed at Kitcho. Although I was unfamiliar with the waitress, I felt like she was working hard and I had a good impression of her. I love the hospitality and food here and used to use them, but I am very disappointed this time. I checked out at 12:00, so I was relaxing until then, when I heard the sound of cleaning up, the sounds of people talking, and the sound of someone rushing to clean up, probably because the room I was in before had been emptied. When I returned home, I would have seen a woman wearing a kimono and a young landlady, but no one was there. There was a man there, but it was difficult to get out of the parking lot to see him off (there are many cars that come down from the top of the mountain, and there are no mirrors, so it's very dangerous), but I had to guide him, but there was no such thing, and no one was able to see him. I couldn't. Indeed, when I arrived, there were people wearing kimonos, but even when I was standing next to them with my luggage, they didn't even speak to me. I told the woman who was there during the check-in procedure that I would like to ask for her luggage. I can't help it if I'm busy and can't see anyone off. Please guide me. The front of the car is long, so it's very difficult to get out of sight little by little. It's dangerous. All's well that ends well. So this time it's the opposite. This was the end of the trip, so I was left with a very sad feeling.

Haven’t been there yet, but already had a bad experience with email communications. They also don’t reply regarding customer complaints.

Superb hotel, large and luxurious rooms and awesome onsen. Kaiseki dinner was impeccable. One star removed for very, very bad wifi coverage. This is not acceptable for an hotel of this standing. Close to the city center but not very convenient to walk (lack of sidewalk). Great hotel overall !

Modern hot spring hotel in Arima Onsen. Stayed for a night and the room is awesome and spacious. Felt relax after soaking into the traditional Japanese hot spring. The restaurant was also awarded with Michelin 1 Star. Tried their breakfast and dinner that was sent and served at guest room. Food was fantastic and within expectation. The scenery around the hotel was great with Koi pond and bamboo.
