  Booked the hotel last minute due to our delayed outbound flight from Fukuoka. Very easy to call them over the phone to make a reservation. The english-speaking staff member was very helpful both over the phone and when we checked in. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, though a bit small. Location is great. Right across the Hakata station which was very convenient as we needed to take the airport line the next day.

  Well i am one only in the room so i think that there where 2 bottle of water. But is only one. I hope they give two bottle water,i stayed in other hotel is 2 bottle in 1 day. I stay 2 days here

  This hotel is about 5 mins walk from JR Hakata station. It is also easy to check in and check out - all by machines with the help of the staff at the reception. There is family mart beside the hotel.

  I had a problem with my booking here, staff was not helpful to solve it. Communication in broken English, manager also does not speak a lot of English, only with translator. Location is great, rooms are alright (bigger than comparable) and clean. But this hotel should improve their communication as it could save a lot of trouble.

  It is just 2 mins walk from the hakata station and you can go everything because metro station is just nearby. Room is modern and clean. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast has 4 restaurants selection with set or buffet. I think the quality of the breakfast is just ok, it can be very crowd during the peak hour! I would stay here again if i visit fukuoka next time.
