    Shizuoka City Falconer's old folk house restaurant. At noon, we had a dinner course for 8,000 yen. A French restaurant that focuses on seafood. Straw-grilled bonito, hairy crab, vacuum-cooked abalone, domestic sangria rice pilaf, wild sockeye salmon spring rolls, and Sendai Wagyu beef cheeks braised in red wine. The sea urchin and specialty stone-grilled bouillabaisse are also very delicious.

    Lunch is only a 3300 yen course. Each piece is carefully crafted. The Japanese-style squid pasta is especially delicious, as the vegetables and squid go well with the soy sauce-based pasta. There are also many bouillabaisse items.

    I had the lunch course. The nostalgic atmosphere makes you feel more like being in the suburbs than being a falconer. The food was delicious. Mainly fish, it's refreshing but filling. The wasabi ice cream and blanc fromage for dessert were both delicious. The bouillabaisse was delicious, but I think it was a bit salty, probably from the seafood. It would be good to make risotto. But the taste was delicious. I thought I'd like to try other things as well.

    For the first time in a year and a half, I received a lunch course of 3,300 yen. Once you pass through the stylish gate, you will find an old folk house-style shop in a slightly secluded area. This time I was taken to a private room on the second floor. The inside is a little dark and feels like a hideout. The dishes were made with carefully selected ingredients and were quite delicate, and all of them were delicious. Since the portion was small, I ended up eating ramen at the nearby Cenova food court, but I thought this course was a good deal.

    The atmosphere is refreshing and gives you the feeling of ``eating French food in a traditional Japanese house without having to worry too much about it.'' I visited for dinner with my family of four. The entrance looks like a Japanese restaurant, making it a little intimidating to enter, but the inside looks like a renovated old folk house and has a simple atmosphere. I was taken to a private room, but it was a space that felt private. Each course meal was carefully prepared and the ingredients were carefully selected, making it delicious. There were other customers, but it was very quiet and we were able to relax and enjoy conversation while waiting for our food.
