  I have never used this store. However, I had something to think about this morning, so please excuse me. Today, while driving from Rinkai Crossroad to the Akita Chuo Road Tunnel, there was a light wagon traveling at a considerable speed. I thought to myself, ``That's some rough driving,'' and as I watched from behind, I noticed that the name of this restaurant was written on the car. After that, he continued to drive dangerously, failing to use his turn signal when changing lanes, and making forced lane changes...his driving behavior was unbelievable for someone who was responsible for the company's name. When I looked into the driver's seat, I saw a man with short hair. I later found out that he was the owner of this shop. Judging from the reviews, it seems like he is running the restaurant by himself, but I really feel that he needs to improve his personality before cooking and managing the restaurant. If the car carries the company name on its back, let alone the owner who is the face of the store, you won't be able to increase customer traffic. At least for me, I felt strongly that this was a store I didn't want to go to.

  It was a very delicious dish made with plenty of local ingredients. It's not too salty and healthy, but it's well-seasoned and pleasant. The owner, Jeff, is in charge of the holes all by himself, but his attention to detail was wonderful.
