::This is a ramen shop that I have been going to for a long time ^^ I think miso ramen is the most delicious in Kumamoto. The wife also treats customers in a pleasant manner. As others have written, the hormones are also very delicious. I forgot to take a photo of the price, but it's just under 1,000 yen for a set meal (ramen, rice or gyoza (offal)). A bowl of ramen starts from 750 yen.

After hearing about Kumamoto's delicious lunches, I was introduced to the beauty salon Regalo Felice, which is located on the same Self-Defense Force Street, and she enthusiastically said, ``Dosanko's hormone set meal is exquisite,'' so I came to the store for the first time. Three staff members are wiping down the counters and quickly preparing food in the well-established kitchen. The formation of 3 people lining up at the same time to prepare lunch was spectacular. Since there is only a counter, the regulars get excited and move their seats to the side, and the turnover is quick. The fair-skinned and beautiful madam greeted regular customers with a smile and was happy to see them again. When I ordered the hormone set meal for the first time, I was wondering if it wasn't a ramen set? I found out why this was confirmed so many times because I found out that the most popular dish was the Miso Ramen Hormone Set Meal. However, even the hormone set meal is hearty enough to fill you up, so it is popular among office workers and office ladies. When a customer who came to the store as a couple asked for a smaller portion of ramen, the madam said, ``Shall we have 2/3 of the ramen?'' It was wonderful to see them carefully listening to our orders. It was such a homely ramen shop.

::It's been a long time since I visited our store, which has a long history. The set menu was also a good deal, but since I've been gaining weight lately, I decided to stick with it and just had the miso ramen. ⭕️Miso ramen The curly noodles and miso soup are perfect. The ingredients are grilled pork, bean sprouts, wakame seaweed, boiled eggs, corn, and green onions. I felt that the soup was a little salty, perhaps because the miso was too strong, but it was a well-balanced ramen. Thank you for the meal. 🙏

::It was quite a while ago that I stopped by. It's a nostalgic feeling that it still exists. It was right after the store opened, but there were two groups. Miso butter ramen for ¥850, gyoza, rice, and salad is a set meal for ¥300 plus. Miso soup isn't that rich, but when mixed with butter, it has a nice flavor. Gyoza is also delicious. There are only counter seats, and there are 3 parking spaces. Of course you can use PayPay, but you can also use AUPay.

::Visited on weekdays at 1:30pm. Since it was spring break, there were many people with children. Ordered the standard miso ramen for 750 yen. Serving time is about 5 minutes The soup felt lukewarm even though it was freshly made. Also, I wonder if the miso doesn't have a lot of richness. Personally, I didn't feel like eating it again.
