Best value hotel of my trip. Free Ramen at certain times of day, free ice cream at certain times, manga to read. Jelly and water in fridge upon arrival. Staff were also excellent and assisted me when I locked myself out my room while tired from travel. Perfect!

Location was pretty good but the rooms really are dirty and stuffy. And although it's a non-smoking room on a non-smoking level, there's still the smell of cigarette smoke hanging in the air, especially in the toilet. And when we open the window to air the room, more cigarette smoke enter our room and it's consistent! No idea if the smokers were smoking in their room or blowing the smoke out their windows but it was horrendous! Felt suffocated and super annoyed. The lifts too. Always smelled like smoke. And we always bump into smokers going up to the onsen. 🤢 Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned too and the whole place is just old and musty. No bed bugs and I think the cleaning crew tried their best but it's just a really old hotel. Scum on shower head, corners of the toilet floor, black stuff on the shower door, lots of dust on the corners of the room, super dusty windows that I had to clean myself before opening the windows. Very gross.

Clean, modern and spacious room! The room interior is well designed. And we loved the complimentary supper time ramen (was delicious) and other little thoughtful things such as complimentary snacks in our fridge. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, very close to the station and the central eating and drinking centre of the city. Rooms are modern and clean, facilities are free to use and inviting (including the onsen and laundry facilities) and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Not my first time staying in a Dormy Inn, and it certainly won’t be my last.

Amazing experience! The rooftop onsen was very very nice. There was an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. The best part is the free ramen and unlimited free popsicles at night after a dip in the hot onsen.
