::We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The room was clean and the bathroom was very large. We booked the room facing Sakurajima and it was magical watching the sun rise every morning over the volcano.

::Room is bit small but it is expected especially in Japan and next to train station. But staffs are very nice and speaks good English. Location is number one.

::Amazing breakfast with variety of food. Service was always great during our 3 day stay. Location is convenient and you can access AMU plaza and other shopping malls/restuarants underground and above ground. We stayed in a double room. It is very small for two carry on luggages and two medium size luggages. Washroom was also very small and not much counter space. Mountain View from room was amazing though.

::Location is fantastic in the city facing the train station. Connected to the station and mall by underground passage. About 15min walk to the busier shopping and food districts. The basement boasts an amazing “food court” or collection of food stalls, definitely check it out! Hotel is modern and staff are polite and friendly. On site parking available for ¥1,200 at a garage by the side road. I thought the room was a bit small but that’s quite typical of Japanese cities. I would pay more for the rooms that face the volcano Sakurajima because the view is simply amazing.

::Great. Across the street from the train station, wonderfully comfortable bad great staff good breakfast. Room is a little small, but totally manageable beautiful views of the bay and volcano. Go up the stairs and take the foot bridge across the street coming out of the station. See picture. Easiest way to get over to hotel. Otherwise just use crosswalks and figure it out.
