::Very good service, super kind and helpful. In the evening soup is being served, very tasty. Room was clean and ok. Public bath area was amazing, really well organized.

::Comfortable rooms. Great location within walking distance of the Peace Park and Museum. Convenience store on the corner near the closest tram stop. Breakfast is great. Nighttime ramen is also great. Would definitely stay here again.

::We had a great one night stay. All the staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size compared to others we’ve stayed at in Japan. Location is great for the Peace Memorial Museum, and close to a bus stop with an easy route to and from the station (101/103).

::Booked a last minute stay here for one night. Staff was friendly, the free amenities were super nice, and overall the room was almost perfect. The only criticism I have is the pillow was very firm, to the point where it was uncomfortable to sleep on (so, not quite five stars but if I could give it 4.7 I would). Otherwise, for the price, it was a quality night.

::We loved our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, hot spring (Onsen) on the top floor is fantastic also has free pro biotic drinks in morning and free ice cream evenings floor 8 😍 Dont do economy rooms as no bathroom. Standard rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, bed is comfortable, duvet snuggly short bath is deep for a bath not onsen better. Great location walk to everything or tram to Hiroshima station. For a budget hotel our stay was fantastic...
