::This hotel is about 5 mins walk from JR Hakata station. It is also easy to check in and check out - all by machines with the help of the staff at the reception. There is family mart beside the hotel.

::About 50 meters from Hakata train station, which is extremely covenient. Has all the usual hotel amenities. Friendly staff.

::I had a problem with my booking here, staff was not helpful to solve it. Communication in broken English, manager also does not speak a lot of English, only with translator. Location is great, rooms are alright (bigger than comparable) and clean. But this hotel should improve their communication as it could save a lot of trouble.

::It is just 2 mins walk from the hakata station and you can go everything because metro station is just nearby. Room is modern and clean. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast has 4 restaurants selection with set or buffet. I think the quality of the breakfast is just ok, it can be very crowd during the peak hour! I would stay here again if i visit fukuoka next time.

::Hotel is very new and well furnished. Location is near Jr train station. However the bathroom is small as with many japanese hotels. Service is impeccable but they do not help you move your baggage into the hotel room.
