  Great location, facilities are all well kept. Lots to do for families. I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for a disappointing dinner service. The quality of the food was excellent and the menu looked beautiful. Unfortunately it seems that several areas in the hotel may be short of staff. Hopefully they resolve these issues soon.

  We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed dinner and breakfast and of course hot springs. Room had a massage chair which was great

  Stayed here one night, and found everything about this hotel was good. Free pick up near the Dogo onsen tram stop, and the shuttle was actually going around in a small circle of the area so very often, making visiting the places in the neighbourhood very convenient.

  Bathroom is a bit small. Best use the onsen
