::Phenomenal staff. The service was above and beyond. Thank you for the special care shown and for the hospitality. The rooms were also gorgeous. My wife and I booked a room with a private onsen and absolutely loved it. New, clean and so relaxing. Highly recommend. Btw google says 2-star hotel but this is definitely 4+
