  Chibo This is an okonomiyaki restaurant. It is located in Kita Ward, Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture. Okonomiyaki is mainly Kansai style, and you can either grill it yourself or have the staff grill it for you. I entered without waiting. The interior of the store is not too bright and has a chic atmosphere. I received pork balls and cola (840 yen) for the lunch set. I had the okonomiyaki topped with mayonnaise, dried bonito flakes and green seaweed. It's soft and delicious. I was able to do it slowly.

  I went when it opened around 11am. There were several people in line before the store opened. The lighting was dim, perhaps because of the effect or to save energy. The staff seemed to be working with a small number of people and seemed busy. I ordered pork balls and pork fried noodles from the lunch menu. The taste was just delicious.

  Best お好み焼き in town! Would have been pretty nice if the staff told me how to do it~ (´･_･`)
