  Chibanishi Hospital demonstrated exceptional care for my 3-year-old son's oral surgery, necessitated by an injury at kindergarten. The surgery, performed by Dr. Naohiko Iguchi, was remarkable for his intelligence, kindness, and empathy. His expertise was evident in the successful outcome of the surgery. Impressively, during a follow-up visit for which I mistakenly arrived on the wrong day, Dr. Iguchi graciously accommodated us, removing my son's stitches with great care. This experience not only showcased Dr. Iguchi's professionalism and skill but also his dedication to patient care, making the hospital highly recommendable for pediatric needs. The hospital's staff were also supportive and efficient, contributing to a comforting environment during a stressful time. Their patient-centric approach, particularly in pediatrics, is commendable. Overall, Chibanishi Hospital, spearheaded by Dr. Iguchi's expertise, provides a safe, nurturing, and highly professional healthcare environment, making it an excellent choice for similar medical needs.

  Loved that hospital. It is one of a few English-speaking hospitals you can find Chiba. The receptionist can speak English quite well and helpful for foreigners. I had C-section delivery and it cost 550,000 yen, but then it was covered by insurance, so finally I paid only about 10,000 yen for 7 days in hospital. I think this is reasonalbe

  Nurse and doctor this hospital was very nice and friendly. They have interpreters to translate for foreign people, them speak English very well and Chinese too. The hospital very clean, doctor young but have good skill to check and explain everything very clear about health check or patient’s condition. If something happens in the future, I still choose this hospital next time

  DO NOT GO HERE! I went to this hospital as I thought I had a kidney stone and asked the doctor to check. Although the scan showed I did have a stone the doctor did not tell me And I went home with antibiotics only. I did not recover and returned a month later in excruciating pain and was admitted for several days! I then found out the first doctor had not reported the results of my scan to me and it cost me ALOT of money and time away from my job. When I complained to the hospital they told me the first doctor has since been fired for several other problems and apologized but refused to take responsibility for his actions. They knew the Dr had more than one issue with his patients but didn't feel it was their responsibility as the man's employer. You cannot be assured of safe and competent treatment at this hospital. You had better go to another hospital.
