I went to the emergency to cure a huge pain on my butt. I waited only 30min~. They also have the documentation in English if you can't read japanese. The nurses and the doctor were very friendly. I felt like in a Friend's episode because there were 2 doctors and 4 nurses watching my butt xD. Overall, it took less than 2 hours and felt very relieved.

it was a disgusting experience of giving birth in this hospital. The nurses were very rude and arrogant. my baby was big(3806g) and was stuck.the time of giving birth they told me we don’t know how you will give birth, try yourself or die. i try to save my life and i had so much internal injuries that i still had pain after 1 year of giving birth. after that birth they told me to go to bed by walking myself !!! i couldn’t believe. After passing 4 hours in that uncomfortable bed they came with a wheelchair. first day the bed became dirty with blood and i was requesting 6days to change the bedsheet, nobody cares and i had to sleep there. I must suggest everybody not to go there….

One of the best hospitals in Tokyo. They take in only special cases, referenced by local doctors but Once they take you in, you are all set for recovery and you would get out well.

Lovely specialist, staff and wonderful care. Much better than you will find at other hospitals in Tokyo. The ER department and Rheumatologists did a wonderful job. I called ahead and the hospital had even provided me with a translator. Edit: I recently went to Bokutoh for a dental emergency. The orthodontist, nurses and the translative staff were very professional and compassionate. The hospital translation staff (Ms. Chinami) was incredibly supportive and helpful! She and the doctor made me feel comfortable and at ease during a very difficult procedure. I highly recommend their orthodontic services for dental emergencies, especially if you need translative support!
