::Stroll through the castle town of Takeda City. I am moved by the artistic seasonal fresh sweets...!! (Visited in early August. It was watermelon 🍉 ^^) A Japanese cafe attached to a long-established Japanese confectionery shop called Tajimaya Roho, a 2-minute walk from the Castle Town Exchange Plaza. Free parking is also available next to the store. The exterior with white walls is very beautiful, and the interior is spacious and tasteful, with a calm and high-quality atmosphere. Super cute Japanese sweets served in a wonderful building full of Japanese goodness. It was great. ◎Mikasano and Kojo no Tsuki set with coffee (990 yen) ◎Seasonal fresh sweets (346 yen) It was my first time to try Tajimaya Long-established's original confectionery. Local sweets are great, aren't they? I ordered additional fresh sweets separately. I didn't know what was going to come out, but the watermelon 🍉 that came out was so cute...it got me excited. This is a smooth strained bean paste with a gentle sweetness. Castle Town Exchange Plaza parking lot is free for up to 60 minutes.

::Enjoying Japanese sweets and coffee while looking out over the small garden beyond the Japanese-style room will help you forget your hectic daily life. Hot coffee is a refreshing cold brew without any unpleasant taste. When I heard the news that the historic Japanese confectionery shop that makes ``Kojo no Tsuki'' and ``Mikasano'' would be closing down, I couldn't wait to visit the shop again. But I was surprised when I heard the story! The shop with a different name is closing, and it seems that this shop is the origin of both Japanese sweets. It's confusing. Still, I felt relieved. Please continue to ask for healing.

::How about eating at the sweets section of a long-established Japanese confectionery shop? I went into lunch thinking this. The food was delicious, so I stopped by again on my way back from Oka Castle and bought some sweets before heading home. Coincidentally, the world-famous designer J.K. was there having dinner, and it became a lifelong memory for me✨

::We loved the lunch and bought many delish sweets that we had to enjoy on the Shinkansen all the way back to Tokyo. This place is so welcoming and wish I could go back this instance.
