::We were recommended by the guys on the bike tour we did with Gattan Go. They have a ramen with homemade chicken broth and roast pork (char siu ramen), very delicious, simple and cheap (1000 yen). Recommended with the gyozas. They don't know English and the letter is in Japanese but with the translator you make yourself understood. Very very local.

::I stopped by on my way to the rail mountain bike "Gattan Go!!" in Kamioka Town. I researched the restaurant in advance and found that it was a popular restaurant with locals and didn't have many seats, so I arrived at 11:00 when the restaurant opened to avoid crowds. I think it might be because it was the last day of Golden Week, but by 11:30 the place was full. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, with one table for 4 to 5 people, one table for 2 people, and a counter for about 4 people. This time, I ordered chashu men. The noodles were thin and curly, and the soup had a light and refined taste, and it was very delicious. Also, I would definitely like to stop by when I come to the Kamioka area. I didn't think there was a parking lot, so I parked at the free parking lot of the Hida City Kamioka Shinko Office, which is a few minutes walk away, for sightseeing purposes.

::I had the chashu noodles. Simple, old-fashioned ramen. Although it is light, the umami-rich soup mixes well with the thin curly noodles and is very delicious. The char siu was also an orthodox type, but it was delicious. They also have spicy ramen, which I would like to try next time.

::Was very quiet when I visited. The friendly owner figured out what I needed and brought it quickly. Simple ramen. Great experience.
