::Hotel staffs are nice, fair location, around 8 mins walk. The hotel room is old and dusty. You can feel the spring inside the mattress! You can hear the sound of toilet flush of upper floor. Not recommend at all.

::The hotel is 10min walk from the station, quite far especially when you have heavy lugguage. The room is pretty small and I can here very clearly the voice of other people talking, as well as they can hear me well if I talk. I tried to play a video, then I went outside and closed the door, yeahhh, I could hear the sound very well.

::Good price, extremely basic breakfast. Everything else good or OK. Go somewhere with good food if you want to enjoy your morning.

::Not too far from Yamagata Station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even received free goodies when checking-in! Breakfast leaves a LOT to be desired though - it was just a hot drink and some bread, nothing more. Check-out was incredibly smooth!

::Very bare bones hotel. Small room but the beds were comfy and things were clean. Breakfast is included but consists solely of bread and margarine/jam, as well as coffee and tea. "Ekimae" is a bit of an exaggeration as it was a few blocks from the station.
