There's not much harsh taste. The rich and rich soup is carefully prepared. Goes well with green onions. The noodles seem to be homemade, but they are quite chewy and thick with added water. Well, if you say it goes well with soup, it goes well. It's satisfying to eat. The char siu is firm with big thin streaks. The menma is extremely thin, probably homemade. I was satisfied to be able to eat double soup ramen that must have been carefully prepared.
