::Conveyor belt sushi in Obihiro city is divided into inexpensive national chain stores and locally-based (?) restaurants. Personally, I think Uobei is the most delicious of all the chain restaurants. The toppings are also larger than those of other companies, fatty and delicious. The shrimp tempura is freshly fried and flaky. The sushi is neither too hard nor too soft, just the right amount of deliciousness. I remember being disappointed with the sushi rice at other companies' conveyor belt sushi restaurants, so the Uobei was consistently delicious. Above all, I was surprised by the low price. A plate of 2 pieces of large-cut tuna costs 130 yen. I'm thankful that there are many other items in the 100 yen range. You can also order something a little more luxurious and order something in the 200 yen range. The best part about Uobei is that the sushi you order using the touch panel is delivered right to your seat in the high-speed lane. No need to worry about forgetting to take it or having it taken by someone sitting in another seat. It's also nice that you can do the reception and accounting yourself, so there's no hassle. You can easily enter the store alone. The staff gave a good impression of the cleanliness. However, since it is a low-cost chain restaurant, the customer base is somewhat lively, so if you don't mind that, it feels like a safe and stable conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

::Reception, ordering, and accounting can all be done by yourself, so it's very convenient for people who like that. Even when it's crowded, it's smooth. I think there are a lot of parking spaces available. There seems to be no difference in price for the ingredients. However, although the small size of the rice was good (for me), the taste...was not to my liking.
