This store is located in the south of Obihiro. The owner must have been from Ashoro town. I went at lunchtime, and there were a few customers who seemed to be regulars. It was pretty empty since it was just before 12 o'clock. The bowl arrived in about 19 minutes after ordering. The basic noodles are thin noodles. Although the noodles were thin, they were chewy and delicious. Next time, try the thick noodles too!

I actually don't like the yellow, curly, springy noodles that come from Hokkaido, and I prefer noodles that don't taste like the noodles themselves. I like the thin noodles here because it feels that way to me. For the past few years, after going through the menu, I've settled on Mazeso Paka or Beef Hormone Miso and choose whatever I feel like. Originally, Ushihoru was only available during the winter, but now it's available all year round. The basic noodles for Mazesoba are chili peppers, but since it's spicy, I changed it to thin noodles. I've never heard of the correct way to eat half of it, leave half of it as is, and add soup to the rest, but gyuhoru also has chashu in it. There are other menu items such as soy sauce, miso salt, and about 2 types of each, and I think everyone has different tastes and likes and dislikes the noodles. I love these noodles so much that I want to try a different type of ramen. Now that you can eat champon even during the day, I don't know which region it's a specialty of, and I've never eaten it anywhere else, but I think this is the champon that we have here. This is unrelated, but I remembered that the Ajikuma Miso Tantan that was near the zoo used to be miso vegetable ramen instead of spicy sesame tandan noodles. I used to go there once a week, but for some reason I couldn't go, and the next thing I knew, the store was gone. Thick noodles are also good with mazesoba.

I had the special salt with spicy noodles. The overall taste was gentle, and the noodles were especially delicious. Since they serve about 50 meals a day, I get the feeling that each cup is made with care.

First visit. I ordered Kitaro soy sauce. Light, refreshing, and delicious. In particular, the noodles are the best I've ever had at a ramen shop in the Tokachi area. If it feels too thin, you can use the soy sauce sauce on the table to add some extra sauce. It's refreshing because it's a no-ka tone, but it feels a little unsatisfying with my stupid tongue, which is used to a ka-tone... Next time I would like to try Naru Soy Sauce. It was delicious. I'll come back later.

I had a set of limited edition beef hormone miso ramen and mini chashu rice bowl. The beef offal was juicy, and the flavor of the vegetables and offal added to the natural soup, making it very delicious!
