I used it for one night and two meals. I went to dinner on time, but when I was serving and explaining the food to other customers, I saw this salt-grilled rockfish right in front of me, but I wasn't asked to have it, so I didn't put my chopsticks on, wondering if I was waiting for an explanation. However, the grilled fish ended up being completely cold. The meat in the Botan nabe was thinner than the photo on the website and felt like raw ham. A small bowl of wild vegetables that doesn't cost a lot of money. As mentioned in other comments, I was waiting for the dessert but it didn't come out, so when I asked about it, she said, "I forgot," and brought it over. Bamboo flavored ping pong ball sized sorbet. It looks like water, sugar, and finely chopped bamboo are frozen. You have to lay out your own futon. The hot springs were nice and had free flowing water, but the lockers in the changing rooms were very old and I was surprised that they didn't spend money on such a place. I was told to enter the bath at a shorter time than the bathing time listed on the website. There is no need for a dressing table, but there is also no mirror in the room. There is no washroom or toilet in the room. Joint. There is a sign telling you to turn off the lights frequently. It was difficult to understand at night. It reminded me of a club training camp. For breakfast, the first menu listed in the guide was river fish, and I thought it was grilled fish, but instead it turned out to be a small bowl of three or four really small fish boiled in tsukudani. It's similar to what you see at the supermarket. There were a lot of things that I felt a little disappointed about because I felt like it was...well, for the price. I use a lot of hot springs both inside and outside the prefecture. This inn has many stars, so I wrote my honest opinion.

An inn located across the river from Yuwaku Onsen. If you just want to relax in peace, away from the hustle and bustle of the hot spring town, this is the place for you. Personally, I don't like ``bubble period hotels,'' so this was a great match. It seems that it is also open as a place to eat, and the standard there is very high. Despite that, It looks like an old inn, and everything that should be left behind has been left behind. We are fixing what needs to be fixed, and updating what needs to be updated. As a result, the inside of the building feels quite new. And what I would like to convey to IT people in particular is ``The network inside the building is PLC.'' This is the first time I've seen it being used outside of the home. It's not that the performance is good, but it's so rare that I was impressed. There are some stink bugs, which is a good thing because of the location. It may be better for people who have a strong sense of avoidance to avoid it.

Best ryokan I've ever stayed in. I will return to this place. Local foraged food, 800 year old cedar across the street in a shrine. In a wondrous area outside of Kanazawa.

The onsen (Hot Spring) bath which is made of wood (hiroki) is decent, but the changing room is shabby, not clean with almost un-operable lockers. The location is about 20 min drive from Kanazawa city which is our original plan to stay a bit outside of the city, but close enough to make a day trip. The ryokan is characterized with river fish and hot pot country side cooking, therefore, wild boar and bear meat are served in hot pot. The dining area is interesting with different arrangement of sittings, an irori (traditional Japanese sunken hearth) and other low table settings. It is constructed in Minka style with high wood beam and column roof.

Top food. Enjoyed these smal trouts as karaage and sashimi. Was amazed by the mountain veggies - deliciously prepared. Friendly people and cosi wooden ofuro (bath) to complete my lunch.
